Open Door Night

What is it?
The Institute’s monthly open house!

When is it?
On the first Wednesday of every month, the Institute’s doors are open 6-8 pm for anyone who wants to pop in, have a nibble and a beverage, chat about the Institute’s offerings, borrow a book from the bookshelves, or just visit a bit.

Learn about the Institute, engage in some lively discussion, get inspired on your own journey to personal freedom….

Where is it?
The Institute is located at 35 Western Avenue in Kennebunk, Maine.

Personal Freedom Process/Psychotherapy Group
A six-session series
Facilitated by Kingsley Gallup, MA, LPC, NCC, DCC

A decidedly positive and proactive skills-based group for women looking to live more empowered and liberated lives.

In facilitating, Kingsley will draw from her clinical experience in the areas of  life transition, motivation and empowerement, depression, anxiety, codependency, addiction, and grief recovery, among other themes. Group topics will rotate, with the flexibility for the group to suggest and prioritize topics to be covered.

Two groups forming:

The first Wednesday of the month for six months (start date Wed, September 4, 6-8 pm)
The first Thursday of the month for six months (start date Thurs, September 5, 6-8 pm)

Manage life change | live more authentically | improve personal boundaries | build self-esteem | learn to self-advocate | discover direction and momentum| get to know yourself again | design a Vision for life!

Gather tools for breaking out and breaking free.
Do so in community with other women doing the same.
